How much does personal coaching cost?
Individualized programs vary between $97 – $1997. Pricing is on the individual pages describing these services. Most are group-based, but I am also available for one-on-one coaching. The cost for these sessions can vary depending on the number of times per week or month you'd like to get together and for how long. For more information on my one-on-one sessions, fill out the online form and receive a free 30-minute session for us to get to know each other better and discuss the terms and pricing of individual coaching.
How long does personal coaching take?
This depends on your goals, but 30 days to 3 months is an average timeframe for most coaching terms.
Do meetings/coaching sessions have to be in person?
No, we can meet via Zoom!
