These Terms and Service ("Terms") and this Privacy Policy ("Policy") apply to your access and use of the Women's Successful Living website(s), pages, funnels, forms, booking calendars, programs, digital resources, and communications (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who We Are and What We Provide

Women's Successful Living provides coaching, education, workshops, group programs, speaking services, retreats/events, digital products, and community experiences focused on personal growth and life success.

3. Important Disclaimers (No Professional Advice)

Our Services are for educational and informational purposes and do not replace professional advice.

No medical/mental health treatment: We are not providing medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided is for informational/educational purposes only and should not be viewed as medical advice. If you are dealing with any medical condition, please contact your healthcare provider.

No legal or financial advice: Any financial or legal topics are general education.

You are responsible for your choices: You remain fully responsible for decisions, actions, and results.

If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact local emergency services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use/purchase our Services unless a parent/guardian provides written consent where permitted by law.

5. Purchases, Billing, and Access

When you purchase a program, event, membership, session, or digital product, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges via our payment processor(s).

Payment plans: If offered, you agree to complete all payments.

Access delivery: Digital access may be delivered immediately via email/login. Live services may be scheduled through our booking calendar.

Promotions/discounts: Promotions may have expiration dates and cannot be applied retroactively unless stated.

By purchasing any Service, Program, Coaching Package, Retreat, Digital Product, Membership, or Event, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the description of the offering and agree to these Terms.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Refund policies vary by offer and are presented at checkout or on the sales page. Unless an offer states otherwise:

Digital products / downloads: All sales final once delivered/access is granted.

Coaching sessions: Rescheduling rules are provided at booking; late cancellations/no-shows may be forfeited.

Group programs/memberships: If you cancel, you may retain access through the paid period (if applicable), but fees already paid are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Events/retreats: Tickets are often non-refundable due to venue/vendor commitments; transfer/credit options may be offered depending on the event.

Retreat-Specific Payment & Return Policy

Payment: If paying in full, you will receive VIP options including either a massage or mini photoshoot, as well as the option to arrive Monday morning, 09/21/2026, at 10:00 AM or after, for a special personal coaching session with Pearl. A payment plan is available. All balances must be paid in full no later than September 10, 2026.

Returns: A deposit of $208.00 per ticket is non-refundable. The remaining balance is refundable with a notification of request sent to [email protected] within 5 days of purchase, until March 15, 2026.

As of March 15, 2026, all purchases become final and non-refundable; however, they remain transferable to another woman of your choosing who will benefit from the retreat. To transfer your purchase, notify your host at [email protected].

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate or authorize a chargeback, payment reversal, bank dispute, or credit card dispute for any valid charge made under these Terms. If you believe an error has occurred, you agree to contact Women's Successful Living in writing and allow at least fifteen (15) business days for the matter to be investigated and resolved before initiating a dispute with your financial institution.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a valid charge, Women's Successful Living reserves the right to provide this Agreement, purchase records, communications, attendance records, signed contracts, and other supporting documentation to the payment processor or financial institution to contest the dispute.

If Women's Successful Living prevails in the dispute, or it is determined that the chargeback was improper, you agree to reimburse Women's Successful Living for:

The full amount of the disputed payment;

Any chargeback, banking, merchant processing, or administrative fees incurred;

Collection costs;

Reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, where permitted by law.

Women's Successful Living also reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any programs, coaching, memberships, digital content, retreats, or future services while any payment dispute remains unresolved.

8. Community Conduct

If you participate in community spaces (groups, chats, live calls), you agree to:

Be respectful and maintain confidentiality

Not harass, threaten, or discriminate

Not spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products/services without permission

We may remove access for harmful/disruptive behavior without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, videos, replays, workbooks, templates, and branding are owned by Women's Successful Living or licensed to us and protected by law.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, share, or redistribute our materials (including session recordings/replays) unless we explicitly authorize it in writing.

10. User Content and Testimonials

If you submit comments, posts, emails, or testimonials, you represent that you have the right to share them. You grant us permission to use testimonials/feedback for marketing unless you revoke permission in writing.

11. Technology and Availability

Our Services may rely on third-party platforms (website hosting, scheduling, forms, email/SMS delivery, payment processors). Service interruptions can occur. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our control.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt our Services

Upload malicious code

Use our Services for unlawful purposes

Infringe intellectual property rights

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Women's Successful Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

14. Governing Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this website, our Services, Programs, Products, Events, Retreats, Coaching, or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The Parties agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Riverview, including the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida. Each Party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue or forum.

Before filing any lawsuit, the Parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by providing written notice describing the issue and allowing thirty (30) days for the other Party to respond and attempt to resolve the matter.

15. Attorneys' Fees

In any action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, and expenses, in addition to any other relief available under applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective Date will change when updates are posted.
